This comic is really pretty unnecessary when you think about it. I mean, did I really have to show Roll and Proto Man coming back? My writing style has changed somewhat since these days, and were I to do this comic again, I probably wouldn't bother with something this trivial. Well, unless I could come up with a really funny joke to go along with it. In the background, you can see something I was trying to do with this bit of the storyline. I figured the room everyone's standing in would get rather crowded if I tried to stuff everyone together in the same panel, so I shrunk some of the characters and placed them in the background, as if they're on the other side of the room. I'm not sure if it worked that well, as it seems to just complicate the backgrounds, which is probably why I haven't done it since. Why are Roll and Proto Man dropping from the ceiling when the Mega Man they apparently brought with them is just standing there? Is it just for the dramatic effect?
