This comic presumes that the reason Dr. Wily's robots always have quirks is because he doesn't have enough storage space to add in all the code that would correct those quirks. Also, in case you weren't aware, Napalm Man's line in the last panel is a quote from "Apocalype Now". Also also, Mega Man is now on fire, just to add insult to injury... or injury to injury, as it were. I had plans for Helmut to escape from the blurb space, but first I had to set it up, and that involved Cut Man, so I added him, as though it's just an annoyance, part of the Helmeted Author's punishment.
