When I first started thinking about how the comic should end, I knew it would have to come down to a confrontration between Bob and George. I felt it should somehow be connected to George being unable to use his blaster, something that was established WAY back at the beginning of the comic. Of course, it wasn't that important back then, but I liked the idea of it being important later.

Of course, why would George use his blaster when he and Bob have powers? For that, I went back to the Summers brothers, and how their powers don't affect each other. That was easy enough to throw into an earlier comic.
