You know, considering how terrible things are going for Mega Man/Helmut's plans, they're going extremely well for George/Nate's plans. I suppose time travel makes it really easy to disrupt a villain's plans, especially when the disruptions are predestined. Also, I'm pretty sure distracting Mega Man while Dr. Light escapes count as both betraying Mega Man and screwing up his plans.
