As I mentioned during his introduction, I couldn't think of a good personality quirk for Ring Man, so I thought I'd go with the idea that he doesn't have one. Which meant that, for once, Mega Man would have to deal with a Robot Master that isn't going to end up accidentally killing himself or something stupid.
