This scene is supposed to be similar to the one in which Obi-Wan is somehow able to make it all the way to the shield controls without being detected. I've always assumed that Vader purposefully cleared Obi-Wan's path, to ensure that they would meet. Honestly, I'm not sure why I went with the "white slave name" thing, aside from how stupid an idea it is. But I wanted to introduce Bob calling himself "Darth Volcanus", which I think sounds like something George Lucas would come up with. In case you were wondering, that mask is just a recolor of Break Man's helmet with the visor down. And I believe the cape was fashioned from Sigma's cape from Megaman Xtreme.
