Quark Man was a fan creation in which the Robot Master is capable of splitting himself into four separate entities: Up Man, Down Man, Strange Man, and Charmed Man, if I recall correctly. I think I asked his creator why there wasn't also a Top Man and a Bottom Man, but aside from there already being a "Top Man", I don't think I ever got an answer. Also, Top Man and Bottom Man sound really inappropriate.
