Not to mention all of the accumulated oxygen stored in Dust Man's system still waiting to be converted into neon. I mean, I can't imagine it's an immediate process, and having an abundance of oxygen is never a good idea. Of course, you may be wondering, if Dust Man was nuclear, why didn't the explosion kill everyone? Well, nuclear fusion is much safer than nuclear fission, and also much harder to turn into a weapon. Nuclear fusion requires so much heat to occur, than any disruption will cause everything to cool down and the fusion would stop almost immediately, with no chance for a runaway reaction... unless you're creating a self-sustaining sun, Doc Ock.
