I don't know what the hell the Rehabilitator is, but you know it's gotta be pretty bad. Some fans have come up with some pretty interesting/disgusting/downright disturbing ideas for what the Rehabilitator is. My guess is that it's whatever you most dread. Mike's comment was supposed to be a warning to Mynd that maybe they shouldn't mess with a dimension where the main characters are put into the rehabilitator just for questioning plotholes.
