And now we finally see what was on the other side of that proclamation from the video tape. Presumably, this is exactly what we would have seen had the tape gone on. I'm not sure why I made this one a double-comic, given that the first half is pretty complete on its own, though it's entirely possible the problem was that I already knew I was going to have to do a lot of double-comics to get through 32 battles in a reasonable amount of time. You know, overall, having Bob be the referee isn't a bad idea. He's probably tough enough to take out anyone who gets out of line, and it keeps him near the action for whenever Dr. Wily decides to take over.
