The Second Megaman Game | The Introduction of Bubble Man |
|
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
When video game heroes don't follow the script, I think it's completely understandable that the video game villains would get a little confused. I mean, Bubble Man has been programmed to do all of this threatening and posturing, and when Mega Man just wants to bypass all that and get to the fighting, how is Bubble Man supposed to respond? And remember, this is a Wily-bot, and I've never gotten the impression that Dr. Wily puts that much effort into making sure his Robot Masters have adequate AI. In fact, I bet most of the programming goes specifically to the threatening and posturing. Also, I find it interesting that I refer to the Robot Masters as "robot leaders" here. I suppose I didn't know the proper name or at least hadn't settled on a single name yet. |
