A&E Biography Month | The Origin of Evil Mega Man |

I think this may be one of my least favorite choices I made in the comic. I originally intended that Mega Man really did turn evil, thanks to the intelligence programming, and he really was responsible for everything that happened. But, for some reason, I didn't like the idea that Mega Man was actually evil. I wanted to find a way to make it so that he wasn't really evil, but under some sort of evil control, hence the Helmeted Author connection. But I often regret that decision. I think it would have been better, and perhaps bolder, to have kept Mega Man smart and evil. Oh, maybe I should've split Mega Man into a good and evil version... yeah, that would've been cool. |
