In the first frame, we have Plague from his comics Misadventures and Fusion Adventures and iX from his comic Randomness, both in their 16-bit forms.

In the second frame, we've got Freeze Man and Shade Man from Megaman 7, as well as Roll with her hair back to normal. I don't think I had intended to switch back, I think I just forgot to show her with her new hair.

In the third frame, we've got a cameo from another one of the snipers.

And in the fourth frame, we've got an appearance from Rick, from Oddball Fancomics, as if he needed an introduction by this point.
