This comic was mostly to establish that this is, indeed, during the Megaman X time period, with the regular versions of Mega Man and Bass being apparently dead. I don't know why I have them use surfer terms ironically in the last panel, though I suspect Bass started and Mega Man went with it. I also don't know why the title of the comic is "Totally Dudly", though I'm sure that's not a typo.
