If you have a character dressed like Darth Vader, you are obligated to have him say that last line. I think it's a law. In case you were wondering why Bob bothered to dress up like Darth Vader, I think the better question is why he hasn't done it before. I imagine he was sitting around in Dr. Wily's lab getting super-bored with Alternate Mega Man and Bass killing his main Robot Masters, and decided to play Sith dress-up. Because, again, why not?
