I figured it was finally time for the two Wilys to meet, so which was which could finally be cleared up. Besides, it would allow me to clear up that stupid plothole once and for all. Also, it was important to get a shot of Break/Proto/Dark Man passed out. Some readers complained because they thought I was making fun of Canadians, which I totally wasn't.
