There's not normally this much action in the comic, so I can see where it might be a bit confusing as to what's going on here. And I hope I don't ruin it by explaining, but the idea is that Rock Man picked up Junk Man's arm, which was blown off in a comic a couple of days earlier, and threw it at Junk Man's head, which basically decapitated him and caused him to explode. It would be much more obvious in an animated form.
