Here I'm setting up some more groundwork for the idea that as the comic focuses on the Rockman Universe, it's starting to become more like the Megaman Universe, such as Rock Man becoming more like Mega Man and Dr. Right becoming more like Dr. Light. That is, Rock Man is getting dumber and Dr. Right is getting more ornery.
