This comic makes perfect sense if you've ever watched one of the cut scenes from Megaman 8. For those of you who haven't watched it, for some reason Capcom USA decided that Dr. Light should sound like Elmer Fudd. It's definitely not the voice you'd imagine for a dignified world-reknown roboticist. They also made Mega Man sound like a girl, but he's kinda of supposed to be a kid, so I can live with that.
