I love the Instant Robot Maker and its emoticon display. It really is the only way Dr. Wily could consistently populate his Robot Masters' levels, especialy given that the robots reappear as soon as Mega Man turns around. Of course, the real joke here isn't that all Bob got was a measely Metool, it's that he got Metool-D2, who really is the most powerful robot in existence. But that's what you get when you judge a bot by its cover. This idea was just too cute to pass up.
