In the first panel of the previous comic, there are 29 Robot Masters (8 from Megaman 2-4, plus 5 from Megaman 1), not counting Fire Man. In the second panel, you can see that it has been copied approximately 13 times (I'm counting Ice Men), giving a total of 377, not counting Fire Man. In the third panel, there appear to be 61 Ice Men, leading to approximately 1769 Robot Masters. So it's not quite the two million Mega Man is quoting here, but maybe there are even more we haven't see yet.
