Apparently Bob and George aren't the only ones that like to hang out there. Actually, since this predates all of that, was it originally Proto Man's idea? There appear to be 2 Ice Men in the front row, 4 in the row behind that, and 8 in the row behind that. Figuring that the number doubles for each row, there are 16 in the two rows behind that, with 32 in the two rows in the back. That comes to a total of 110 Ice Men. If we assume 29 Robot Masters for each Ice Man, that's a total of approximately 3190 Robot Masters in that window, and that's just ones we can see. We have no idea how many are piled up under them.
