I think the real problem for Bob is that he actually likes the Rockman Universe. It's not as stupid as the Megaman Universe, and everyone seems to actually like him, even though they think he's someone else. I'd imagine Bob doesn't get the chance to fit in very often, so being accepted is probably not something he gets to experience very often. So the thought that he's responsible for ruining this universe probably really pisses him off. Also, I like that Rock's asking for more ice cream even though he hasn't touched the ice cream he already has.
