I simply couldn't resist having George hang from the ceiling again, almost like it was an inevitable consequence of traveling back in time. I believe this is the first time we see the Helmeted Author's anti-Author powers, which are black instead of white and make a "Foopf!" sound effect instead of "Pfoof!". Also, while you probably didn't notice it, this is how George became tangible again.
