Here Dr. Light reiterates the point I made in an earlier commentary that the robots are kind of expendable, since they can be rebuilt. Of course, there are limitations to that kind of process, such as when was the last time their memories were backed up? In the blocked text boxes, Dr. Light points out that he apparently doesn't have back-ups of Nate and Chadling, for some reason, and I believe he's commenting that Roll would probably go back to being a housekeeping robot again, rather than a fighter like she is now. This is, of course, also the point where George comes up with his idea of using Bass to disable X.
