This comic was intended to reveal to the reader that X's isolation was intentional on Dr. Light's part. This sprite is from Battle and Chase, from when Mega Man loses a race. To me, it looked more like Mega Man was really drunk and/or hungover, so I added a text balloon furthering that idea.
