Mr. X's line in the first panel is, of course, a reference to Back to the Future where Doc Brown asks Marty who the President is in 1985. George's exclamation in the last panel is a common saying of Death, one of the forum moderators. Continuing with the animations from the arcades games, I wanted to do one with Mega Man flying away with Rush, but rather than just animate something, I made it so that the position of Mega Man and Rush is randomized about a central position.
