Actually, I think this is ironic, not that Dr. Wily would know that. So, Dr. Wily is talking about his experiences with Bob during the Fifth Megaman Game, but doesn't he remember what happened during the Sixth Megaman Game? I mean, Bob was the friggin' referee. And then Dr. Wily had to make those DVDs. Nevertheless, I guess he would be thinking about his first encounter with Bob.
