I'd run out of things to do with Rush and Treble, so it seemed like a good time to get back to George and his little "stuck in time" problem. In case you're wondering, the reason the comic points out that we're still in dog-speak is that while the first panel is, the last panel is not. Apparently Rush was angry enough to revert to English to yell at George. This quip confused a lot of people until I pointed out the little video tape in the Helmut Plushie's hand. For you, it might be necessary to point out that, at the time, The Ring was still fresh in people's minds.
