Okay, so he doesn't really fire a rocket out of his ass, but if he's supposed to be so dense, how could he possibly jump that high without rocket propulsion? I'm sure it was just something they left out of the game for graphical reasons. Either that or giving him a rocket ass after naming him Hard Man was too much and Nintendo censored it. You know, I'm pretty sure I stole this joke from somewhere, but I can't think of it. Probably Freakazoid or a Road Runner cartoon. To be fair, at least 50% of my punchlines are about someone being stupid.
