At least, I don't think that's a surfing song. It's along the same lines as a surfing song, but it's not actually about surfing, is it? Anyway, Magnet Man is the first suggested Robot Master in the guides I read and the first Robot Master I always fight when I play Megaman 3. Gee, I wonder how Mega Man figured out what his name was...
