One of the things I've never really understood is why Proto Man worked for Dr. Wily in the third game. Some have theorized that Proto Man left before Dr. Wily turned evil, so when he returned, he wasn't sure what exactly was going on. Perhaps Dr. Wily captured him or perhaps he decided to sign up with Dr. Wily until he had a firmer grasp of the situation. Others suggest that he was only pretending to work for Dr. Wily in order to infiltrate his fortress and report back to Dr. Light. I dunno. All I do know is that his Break Man persona was stupid. By the way, I used the Break Man helmet as part of Bob's Darth Volcanus outfit in the fifth game parody.
