This comic alludes to the scenes in the Back to the Future movies where Marty has been knocked unconscious and thinks all the time travel is just a dream until Lea Thompson's character wakes him up. This comic, as you might imagine, was intended to trick the readers into thinking that I was going back to the hand-drawn comic again. I figured a lot of them thought the sprite comic had ended, so it would make sense that this was yet another attempt to go back to the hand-drawn comic. Which it totally wasn't. I had already come to terms with my inability to draw, as well as the popularity of the sprite comic, so I had no reason to go back. But that's no reason not to mess with the readers, right? Anyway, I drew that George. I don't know if my drawing ability has improved since the hand-drawn comics, but I did know it hadn't gotten good enough to make me think I could handle drawing the comic full-time. I did something similar later with Bob.
