This is, more or less, the same transformation sequence I used in a previous comic, where Bass and Treble joined up to go chasing after Proto Man and Mega Man for no good reason. Here it has a reason, and some new special effects, and you might notice than when Bass lands, his companions are no longer behind him. This quip was created because either someone complained that Bob and George hadn't been in the comic lately, or I was working ahead and realized that it had indeed been a while since either of them had been in the comic. And for the record, their last appearance was 41 days ago, not counting the Halloween comic. Sure that may not seem like much now, but at the time it felt like a long time. Although, this was back when Mega Man was definitely the comic's main character and Bob and George were really more like secondary characters. That changed quite a bit in later storylines.
