I was thinking it was about time for Bass to do something smart, and if it was ever going to happen, now would be the time. I think it's somehow related to Mega Man's ability to become intelligence when fighting Robot Masters, as though Bass has some sort of self-preservation stupidity override. Either that or Bass is faking stupid too. Nah. I have no idea what Helmut is talking about. ...or do I?
