It's never really been established what Mynd is. Is he a robot? Is he a human? Either way, it appears that George severely miscalculated by trying to fry him with electricity, since it seems to recharge him instead, suggesting that he must at least be a cyborg of some sort. Or maybe he's some sort of magical super-ninja that can do the same thing. I dunno. I was bored and wondered what Rush's ears would look like grafted onto a Mega Man sprite. And yes, he also has a little tail.
