Technically a Doc Robot is responsible for disabling Mega Man, but only in a convoluted way, since it was the prototype Doc Robot that caused Mega Man to overextend himself and burn out his brain. It's a shame Bob doesn't care for technicalities. I wanted to see what it would look like if I grafted Rush's ears and tail to Helmut.
