If that's how much it costs for another five minutes, I'd hate to imagine the bill George has already built up having this conversation. I have no idea what Dr. Light was supposed attempting to warn George about. It might have been a warning not to use his lightning powers while in the suit and intangible, since it would cause the suit to send him back in time and leave him intangible forever, where he would slowly starve to death and no one would even find his corpse.
