I'm not sure if George is actually supposed to be feeling this way, or if he's just setting up the distraction. If it is the former, I guess it's just a case of a superhero getting so caught up in being a superhero that he forgets why he's doing it in the first place. I mean, if you're Spider-Man and you were just involved in a storyline in which you helped save the universe, why should you care about a purse-snatcher? |
