I believe I originally intended for this to somehow be a fake Mega Man. As though Non-Alternate Mynd had sliced a fake Mega Man in half, and the real Mega Man was actually off in other dimensions recruiting allies, possibly regular Mynd, to help take NA Mynd down. In the end, though, I decided that was overcomplicating the storyline and left it out. Ultimately I would use very similar ideas for the final battle with Bob.
