I've found that you should never criticize the way someone does their job, unless you can actually do it better, unless you know what it's like. How often do we criticize people at fast food restaurants for being too slow or screwing up our order? But do we take the time to imagine what it's like to be on the other side of the counter? Or how often do we criticize our elected officials? Do we really have any idea what it's like to have to deal with the kind of backstabbing and bullshit those guys do all the time? I, for one, wouldn't want their jobs. I guess all I'm really trying to say is, don't piss of people who hold up giant blocks as their jobs.
