I thing I've always wondered about Dr. Wily is why does he keep trying to take over the world? Seriously, at what point do you just give up and stop trying? The fourth time Mega Man's defeated all your robots and completely destroyed your fortress? The fifth? I mean, I can understand a sense of superiority the first time, maybe even the second, but by the eighth time, the eighth game, isn't it inevitable that you're going to lose? Aren't you just really going through motions by that point? You're only doing it because you don't know how to do any different? Hmm... I wonder if there's a parallel there for the Megaman games in general, with the programmers just doing the same thing over and over.
