In the midst of my problems with Dr. Wily, a problem with Proto Man started to develop here. For some reason, I had gotten the idea that it would be interesting if Proto Man and George had an argument in the past that would eventually carry into the future, so that when George got back to the present, Proto Man hated him. In retrospect, it was a stupid idea. Nonetheless, that was the idea I was going with here, but it required a really weird change in Proto Man's personality. Also, the title comes from Lt. Valeris's comment on sabotage in Star Trek VI. The font I finally selected for the site redesign was called Tintin. It seemed appropriate for a comic strip. While the preview was black, I decided to give it some color, as seen below. The downside was that I may have gone a little too far towards "cartoony".
