As will soon be clear, Mega Man is attempting to warn Vic that the arm cannon has been destroyed and they can't use Knight Man's weapon right now. But after the silliness of the last few comics, I couldn't help but throw in some more when I realized what Mega Man's Knight Man color scheme would be.
