If you look closely, you can see a little spot of blood near Bob's mouth, indicating that that last punch really did hurt. It hurt enough, in fact, that Bob is willing to disregard the fourth wall and remind Mynd of something he should've really already know (which I had forgotten he should know, really making it all my fault). I feel I should point out that, unlike pretty much every Robot Master in the comic, Mynd is not supposed to be dumb, even if he does come off a little stupid in this part of the storyline. Mynd is supposed to be a clinical, deadly fighter, everything that Mega Man isn't. So maybe he's ordering Mike to kill Bob, so that no one will ever know of this foolish mistake.
