I had a hell of a time trying to decide what Helmut would look like without his helmet. In the end, I decided on black and dark gray with gray, Sephiroth-style bishou hair. And I can tell you, it was not the most popular idea. But then, when you have this kind of build-up, you're never going to be able to satisfy everyone.
