The important thing to remember about Starn Man is that he's a "wannabe" movie star. That is, he likes to think of himself as a great actor, but he's actually quite bad and shouldn't improvise. I can only assume Mega Man had to fight his way through Star Man's level, but I didn't bother to show it. |
