First, you'd think Dr. Wily would already have video feeds of his Robot Masters for this very purpose.

Second, yes, Mega Man didn't question Dr. Wily's sexuality, but if you haven't noticed, Bob's an asshole. Or if he did, we didn't see it. Maybe it happened after the events of the last comic, but Bob saw it on the screen.

Third, I'm pretty sure if Bob really wanted to kill Mega Man, Mega Man would be dead. Bob's playing the "kill Mega Man" game the Dr. Wily way.
