First, behind George's text boxes in the top panels, you can hear Mega Man attempting to break free of his imprisonment. The exact dialogue is: Mega Man: Ice cream! X: What? What are you doing up there? MM: Ice cream!! X: You can't have any! Get back in there! MM: Ice cream!!! X: No! Get back in there, you stupid bastard! MM: ICE CREAM!!!! X: Oh shit! So, you know, you weren't missing much. Oh, and behind the blurring, George actually says the universe can suck his nuts. I thought it would be funny to blur that but leave the f-bomb alone. Also, that central panel was something I'd been wanting to use for a while. In fact, truth be told, it's the real reason X had his full armor from while assimilating people, just so I could use that artwork. That all being said, I don't recall exactly why Mega Man attempting to break free while George was leaving was a big deal, and I'm not sure I ever explained it. There was definitely something about his breaking free that linked to a proper resolution to the storyline, but I'll be damned if I can remember what it was.
