With Dr. Wily hatching yet another nefarious plan, I realized it would be the perfect time for another "behind-the-back" joke. But at the same time, I couldn't let any of the other characters know what was going on, so I came up with this comic in a flash of inspiration. I suppose, I could've had Bass standing there instead, and he could say, "You already told me that"... But I think I like this way more.
